UK News
Westminster Event: On 2 September, DBI’s European Education Coordinator, Cheryl Cruwys, hosted a UK Dense Breasts Drop-In event, bringing together MPs for important conversations about breast screening and patient care. The event was well attended, with strong support for greater public education and recognition of the urgent need to provide women with clear information about dense breasts, including how dense breast tissue can limit the ability of mammograms to detect cancer.
